How does the free home try-on work?
Choose any five frames and we ship them with a prepaid return label. You get five days to wear them around, show a friend, check the mirror in daylight — then send the box back and order the ones that fit. No charge unless you keep a pair.
Can I use my vision insurance?
Yes. We're in-network with most major vision plans. Add your insurance details at checkout and we'll apply your allowance automatically, or you can submit for reimbursement afterward — we provide the itemized receipt.
What if the fit isn't right once lenses are in?
Every pair includes a 90-day fit guarantee. If the frame pinches, slides, or just doesn't sit the way you expected, send it back for a free adjustment, exchange, or full refund.
Do you make progressive and high-index lenses?
All prescriptions are welcome, including strong astigmatism, progressives, and high-index thin lenses. Pricing is shown before you check out — no surprise upcharge at the lab.
